Your Impact:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to our national wholesale sales team.
  • Drive consistent production growth, compliance, and strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize operational workflows and sales effectiveness.
In This Role You Will:
  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for the wholesale mortgage Account Executive (AE) team.
  • Mentor, train, and support AEs to ensure they exceed production and performance targets.
  • Manage sales operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive deal structuring strategies and collaborate with underwriting and operations for seamless loan closings.
  • Guide AEs in pricing, structuring, and product alignment.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to set sales goals, refine processes, and scale growth.
  • Continuously improve system efficiencies and team collaboration.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build broker relationships and elevate market presence.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in wholesale mortgage sales at a national level.
  • 5+ years of experience in non-QM lending, pricing strategies, and sales operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and lead high-performing national sales teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
