- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our national wholesale sales team.
- Drive consistent production growth, compliance, and strong client relationships.
- Collaborate across teams to optimize operational workflows and sales effectiveness.
- Oversee and provide strategic direction for the wholesale mortgage Account Executive (AE) team.
- Mentor, train, and support AEs to ensure they exceed production and performance targets.
- Manage sales operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive deal structuring strategies and collaborate with underwriting and operations for seamless loan closings.
- Guide AEs in pricing, structuring, and product alignment.
- Collaborate with company leadership to set sales goals, refine processes, and scale growth.
- Continuously improve system efficiencies and team collaboration.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build broker relationships and elevate market presence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in wholesale mortgage sales at a national level.
- 5+ years of experience in non-QM lending, pricing strategies, and sales operations.
- Demonstrated ability to scale and lead high-performing national sales teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Encompass, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
