Your Impact:
- Own and operate full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Contribute to an efficient and accurate accounting process that supports the broader finance team
In This Role You Will:
- Operate full-cycle A/P, including invoice receipt, entry, and payment processing
- Manage weekly check runs
- Receive and process a high volume of invoices via mail and email
- Resolve discrepancies and A/P issues with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation by sorting, logging, scanning, and filing invoices and related documents
- Support the Accounting Department with additional tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a job cost environment
- Prior experience using Sage Intacct is preferred
- 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, property management, and commercial real estate background are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on documentation, correspondence, and reporting
