Your Impact:
- Support loan officers by managing mortgage pricing processes and client communications
- Ensure accurate loan quotes, documentation collection, and relationship management for both direct clients and third-party originators
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and service throughout the loan origination process
In This Role You Will:
- Follow up with potential clients regularly to keep the loan process moving forward
- Assist loan officers with collecting and organizing client documentation for applications
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather additional information as needed
- Generate loan quotes and manage all third-party originator (TPO) relationships
- Handle client inquiries, providing outstanding customer service
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related field
- Understanding of the mortgage origination process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
