Your Impact:
  • Act as a liaison between internal AI developers and operational teams to uncover opportunities for automation and data optimization
  • Translate operational needs into scalable, automated solutions
  • Integrate systems and data sources to power AI-driven tools
  • Enable faster, smarter decisions through structured data and seamless workflows

In This Role You Will:
  • Design and implement integrations between systems like Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, Buildertrend, and Sage using APIs, middleware, and custom code
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to structure data pipelines supporting LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows
  • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, transform, and unify data across departments
  • Design scalable data models and support internal analytics dashboards and AI agent deployment
  • Manage APIs, including authentication flows, rate limits, and webhook configurations
  • Develop internal documentation and integration playbooks to support long-term system maintainability
  • Own the delivery of AI-powered internal tools—from prototype through full deployment

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or system integration
  • Proven ability to build and manage data pipelines with structured formats like JSON, CSV, and SQL
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airbyte, n8n, Prefect, or MuleSoft
  • Deep understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON schemas, and webhooks
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Appfolio, Podio, or Sage
  • Comfortable with Git, CI/CD practices, and working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in private lending, construction, property management, or real estate operations
  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows such as embeddings, vector stores, and LLM orchestration
  • Understanding of RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), semantic search, or chatbot frameworks
  • Experience building internal dashboards or admin tools for operational teams
