Your Impact:
- Support the accuracy and integrity of our financial systems and reporting
- Play a critical role in managing daily accounting operations and month-end reconciliations
In This Role You Will:
- Receive, record, and process invoices for payment
- Initiate daily wires for loan fundings and draws
- Prepare weekly and monthly credit facility reports
- Record journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
- Perform various month-end reconciliations
- Locate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner
- Allocate borrower payments across various accounts
- Independently draft correspondence, edit, and complete reports
- Provide general support to the accounting team in areas including reconciliation, accounts payable, wire transfers, and payment allocations
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial role
- 2+ years of experience with GAAP accounting
- Prior experience in Sage Intacct (preferred) and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to meet deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail
